Descrizione

The MACH MDS 845-24T-S is a compact production vertical machining centre built on the MDS 845 platform. It adds a 24-position side-mounted tool changer with fast changes (2.8s tool-to-tool), a direct-drive 12,000rpm spindle with chiller, through-spindle coolant and a swarf auger, all as standard.

It shares the MDS 845-8T's 800 / 450 / 450mm travels, rigid build, Yaskawa drives and full safety enclosure.

The DynaPath WinDelta control has a 15" touchscreen LCD and accepts programs by USB, Ethernet or wireless. It can be programmed conversationally, from DXF or in ISO/EIA G-code, and has a built-in DXF editor, 8GB memory and 1000-block look-ahead for smooth 3D contouring.
