Beschreibung

The MACH MDHS-65S is a high-speed machining centre designed for fast processing of high-precision components, mould tools and copper electrodes.

It has a fixed, rigid and thermally stable double-column structure, roller-type linear guides, a built-in HSK 40E spindle (7.5kW, 24,000rpm) with a dedicated chiller, and a servo-driven 12-tool carousel ATC.

The DynaPath WinDelta control gives 10,000-block look-ahead and dynamic path smoothing for accurate contouring and super-fine surface finishes. For graphite electrodes, see the MDHS-65G graphite version with full extraction.
